COUNTY OF HENRICO 2025 BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES & BUSINESS RETURNS OF TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY The Business Section of the Department of Finance, County of Henrico, Virginia located at the Administration Building in the Henrico Government Center at 4301 East Parham Road and at the Eastern Government Center at 3820 Nine Mile Road, will be open daily Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to receive applications and payments for 2025 Business and Professional Licenses, as well as accept Business Returns of Tangible Personal Property. Business License Applications and Personal Property Returns must be received on or before March 3, 2025, to avoid the imposition of a 10% penalty. Furthermore, business license payments must be received on or before March 3, 2025, to avoid the possible imposition of an additional penalty and the payment of 10% interest per annum. All business license applications and personal property returns have been mailed insofar as possible.
