The marriage of Miss Whitney Scott Graham, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Scott Graham of Richmond, Virginia, to Mr. Joseph Charles Charboneau, son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Gilbert Charboneau of Colonial Heights, Virginia, took place on June 22, 2024, at Bon Air Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, in Bon Air, Virginia. The Reverend David Finnegan-Hosey and the Reverend Cynthia K. Stratton officiated the ceremony. The bride, escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Louis Driskill Eubank of Richmond, Virginia, and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Brockenbrough Graham of Irvington, Virginia. The groom is the grandson of the late Colonel and Mrs. Gordon David Boose of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Charles Charboneau of Dinwiddie, Virginia. Mrs. Logan Carol Graham of Richmond, sister of the bride, was Matron of Honor. Mr. Larry Gilbert Charboneau, father of the groom, was Best Man. The Bridesmaids were Miss Mi Sun Kwon of Astoria, New York, and Mrs. Killeen King Wells of Richmond, Virginia. The Groomsmen were Mr. Michael David Charboneau and Mr. Matthew Ryan Charboneau, brothers of the groom, both of Colonial Heights, Virginia. Mr. Curtis Evan Scott, brother-in-law of the bride, served as their Usher. Musical selections were performed by Ms. Vickie Brooks as organist, pianist, and soloist, and Mr. Ethan Thompson as harpist. A bridesmaid's tea was hosted by the Matron of Honor at the Jefferson Hotel. The parents of the groom hosted the rehearsal dinner at Tarrant's West in Richmond, Virginia. The reception was held at Common House in Richmond, Virginia. After a honeymoon in Rome, Venice, and Florence, Italy, the couple and their dog, Chewie, will reside in Richmond.
